After being hidden away for the past 4 years, the units colour finally came out of its case being carried by Leading Seaman Robert Cornish. Robert and his two escorts Samantha and Mikayla will now, after being assessed last year, take part in the Corps Colour competition and other parades.
“Colours have become the symbol of the spirit of a service, regiment or corps. This is true today as ever it was and is especially true in an organisation such as the Nautical Training Corps”.

The Band of T.S. Glorious is a large part of our ship and is often the biggest fund raiser
The Band is run by 2/O Christine Harod, who is also assisted by the other Officers onboard to form the basis of what we do.
The Cadet’s have a wide range of instruments to chose from when starting the band. Brass (Trumpets, Flugal Horn etc), Un tuned Percussion (Snare Drum, Bass Drum, Cymbals etc) and Tuned Percussion (Bell Lyre (Glockenspiel))
If you, as a cadet, parent, or adult helper wish to join the band and learn something new then contact us via email:
