TS Montrose

Activities

TS Montrose has a wide range of Activities for the cadets to be challenged and enjoy.

Some activities (which we may not be able to accommodate for), will see us joining up with our sister ship, TS Sturdy, to give the cadets a chance to have a go at these activities, and will also give the cadets an opportunity to make more friends.

Also some activities will take place on Camps, where there are qualified instructors. All the other activities, we will try to fit in our busy schedule throughout the year.

These can range from:

     Camping
     Climbing
     Compass Work
     Day Trips
     Drill Competitions
     Football
     Kayaking
     Map Reading
     Museum Visits
     Rifle Shooting
     Rope Work
     Sailing
     Swimming

Other activities may become more frequent once our officers / instructors gain qualifications.
